Not all customers are equal. The reason for this statement is as follows; some customers are interested in buying, some interested in selling and there are those who have no interest in anything. Those are called “traffickers”. They drive through to see which time wasting agent will drive them around, unapproved, unverified and take them in to homes for the-hell-of-it. Stop this madness. Go find something constructive to do like construction. Go get a degree or work part time. Stop wasting other people’s time to look into homes you can’t afford.
